Delfina and Antonio Lucero recieve the Master certificates from GM Bandalan in Bandalan Doce Pares and their Chief Instructor certificates in Hawaiin Kenpo.  Unfortunately, GM Bandalan was unable to attend so Master Chavez presented the certificates.
